Privacy Policy

E-Content ("the Application") is an internal marketing-automation tool operated by E-rieltor / E-autotech ("the Company"). It has no public user registration, no public accounts, and does not collect personal data from visitors of this website. This policy explains what data the Application processes and how.

1. Who uses the Application

The Application is used exclusively by authorized Company staff (administrators) to prepare and publish marketing content for the Company's own real estate and vehicle listings.

2. Data the Application processes

  • Publicly available listing data (title, photos, price, location, etc.) fetched from the Company's own catalog services (uy-joy.uz, e-autotech.uz).
  • Generated marketing assets (script text, audio narration, subtitles, rendered video) derived from that listing data.
  • Access tokens/credentials for the Company's own connected social media accounts (Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok), used solely to publish the Company's content to those accounts.
  • Basic engagement statistics (follower counts, view counts) fetched from those same connected accounts for internal reporting.

The Application does not collect data about, or from, members of the public who view the published content on any social platform.

3. Sharing with third-party platforms

Content prepared in the Application is published, at the Company's direction, to the third-party social media platforms the Company has connected. Once published, that content is subject to the destination platform's own privacy policy and terms of service.

4. Data retention

Listing and media data is retained for as long as needed for the Company's marketing operations, and may be deleted once published content has been archived. Access tokens are retained only for as long as the corresponding social media account remains connected and are revocable by the Company at any time.

5. Security

Access to the Application is restricted to authorized Company staff via authenticated login. Credentials for connected platforms are stored server-side and are not exposed publicly.
