E-Content ("the Application") is an internal marketing-automation tool operated by E-rieltor / E-autotech ("the Company") to generate and publish marketing videos for the Company's own real estate and vehicle listings to connected social media accounts (including but not limited to Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok).

1. Scope

The Application is not a public consumer product. It has no public user registration or accounts, and it is used exclusively by authorized staff of the Company to manage the Company's own social media presence.

2. Acceptable use

The Application may only be used to publish content that the Company owns or has the right to publish, and only to social media accounts that the Company owns or has been authorized to manage. Use of the Application must comply with the terms of service of each connected third-party platform.

3. Third-party platforms

Content published through the Application is subject to the terms of service, community guidelines, and privacy policies of the destination platform (Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). The Company is solely responsible for the content it chooses to publish through the Application.

4. No warranty

The Application is provided "as is", for internal business use, without warranty of any kind.

5. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Application after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
